Since 2004, Endicott Home Furnishings in Scarborough has focused on smaller home furnishings. Ross and Christine Endicott designed a complete line of sofas, loveseats, chairs, comfortable sleepers, and sectionals specifically for living well in smaller spaces. To ensure a good fit in the home, these are available in sizes that fit wherever you need them, with sensible proportions, smaller arms with options to alter length, depth, and height. To fit your body, Endicott Home might modify seat depth, width, and height of the seat and back, firmness so the back is well supported with both feet on the ground.

Strategic relationships with Amish wood shops around the country give Endicott Home the ability to design smaller furniture for every part of a studio or small home. Whether designing multiple pieces or one, the Endicotts work from photographs to match existing pieces or create space‐saving, multi‐functional furniture in beautiful hardwoods with custom finishes.

New for 2012, Endicott Home is teaming with local cabinetmakers to offer free‐standing or built‐in units for closets, small offices, or any other space to maximize storage and organization. Combined with wall beds, desk beds, and numerous other offerings, this capability improves Endicott Home’s efficient use of space.

Living well in smaller spaces requires sensibility, and Endicott Home has years of experience helping retirees and seniors plan furnishings for retirement community living in cottages, studios and apartments. Ross and Christine are not only sensitive to the needs of retirees and seniors, they are also keen to help with what is often a major transition, such as downsizing.
