Advantage Home Care, based in Portland, Maine is a state licensed Personal Care Agency that provides non medical in home care for senior citizens and disabled adults who wish to remain in their own homes but who require assistance with the basics of everyday living. Our staff of caring employees help our clients remain safe and independent by providing light housekeeping and laundry; meal planning and preparation; transportation for shopping; personal grooming or medical appointments; medication reminders; assistance with bathing and dressing; and the companionship of a caring person to brighten the day of our clients.

We carefully screen and thoroughly train our caregivers so that our client’s safety is assured. All of our workers are company employees and are bonded and insured. Special attention is given to matching caregivers with clients to achieve the utmost compatibility.

Advantage Home Care services can be arranged for as few as two hours, or as many as 24 hours, a day. Short term assistance or longer term care is available seven days a week, including holidays.
